Bio
“A bit about me… I’m a Vancouver based artist with a BFA from the University of Victoria in Visual Arts with a focus on painting, printmaking, and art history. After a summer backpacking through Europe, I attended Sheridan College in Ontario and received a post-grad diploma in Interactive Design. As far as real work goes (ie. someone giving me a paycheck to make stuff), I worked as a designer in Toronto, and as a Creative Director in Vancouver in the world of advertising & branding. During that time I also taught a course as part of York University/Sheridan College’s Design Degree program, and ran my own design shop called Big Bully… but don’t let the name fool you, I’m very nice.
Anyway, I’ve had a few stops and starts with my art over the last 15 years, but I’m back on track now baby! I plan on using in-progress as a place to post my work, as opposed to the dusty studio shelves it’s been residing on for the past decade plus. Wish me luck, and thank you so much for popping by.”
